Be Prelim-Ready with Geniebook’s 2025 Mock Exams

With the start of Term 3, Primary 6 and Secondary 4 students are preparing for their preliminary exams, which serve as the final milestone before PSLE and O-Levels. To help them walk into these exams with confidence, Geniebook proudly presents the 2025 Mock Exams: Prelim Edition. Geniebook Mock Exams 2024: Prelim Edition details

Eligibility:

• The mock exams will only be available to existing Geniebook subscribers in P6 and S4 as a complimentary feature. No payment is needed.
• All eligible students will be auto-enrolled for the mock exams; no registration required.

Available subjects:

• The mock exams will be available in the following subjects (click on each link to download a PDF containing the full range of topics to be covered for the respective cohorts in the mock exams):

  • P6 subjects: English, Maths, Science and Chinese
  • S4 subjects: E Maths, A Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology

• All eligible students will only be able to attempt the mock exams at their own academic level for their subscribed subjects.

  • For example, if a P6 student is subscribed to only Maths and Science subjects on Geniebook, they may only attempt the P6 Maths and Science mock exam papers; they will NOT be able to attempt any English and Chinese mock exam papers.

Exam period:

• Students may attempt any mock exam paper of their choice during their respective exam periods:

  • P6 exam period: 14th July (Monday) to 27th July (Sunday)
  • S4 exam period: 21st July (Monday) to 3rd August (Sunday)

• The link to the mock exams will appear under the ‘Worksheets’ section on Geniebook about 1 week before their respective exam periods.

• Students may decide to attempt a paper at any time during the Mock Exams period.

• The exam timer will only start when students enter the mock exam paper.

• IMPORTANT: S4 students attempting their Science Paper 2 must attempt ALL questions in Section B.

Post-exam:

• Mock exam papers will be marked during the following periods:
  • P6 marking period: 28th July (Monday) to 30th July (Wednesday)
  • S4 marking period: 4th August (Monday) to 6th August (Wednesday)
• Mock Exams results solutions will be released from their respective dates onwards:
  • P6 results timing: 31st July (Thursday) @ 12PM
  • S4 results timing: 7th August (Thursday) @ 12PM
• A report will be shared about your child’s performance when the results are out.
• To encourage further practice, a revision worksheet based on incorrectly answered questions during the mock exams will be issued about two weeks later.

• In the event that a student is disconnected during a mock exam paper, the exam timer will pause until the student reconnects.
