AEIS 2024 Registration

AEIS registration steps

To enrol your child in the 2024 AEIS, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create an account

  • Create an individual candidate account for your child on the Candidates Portal (CP) using their complete personal details. This portal is tailored for international students to track their registration status and access AEIS exam-related documents. To set up the account, you'll need to provide the following information:
    • Your child's details, including passport number and FIN number.
    • A valid email address.
    • Contact numbers for both yourself and your next of kin.
  • After successfully creating your account, check your registered email for a message containing your account name and login instructions. Please note that the provided username is unique to each account and cannot be modified.
  • Following that, you'll be prompted to create your password. Once you've completed this step, your account will be successfully created.
Do note:
Completing the registration on the CP doesn't assure a spot in the 2024 AEIS exam. The details provided will be used when registering for the exam, so avoid making any alterations to the account. Each child is allowed only one account; creating multiple accounts will disqualify your child from the exam.

Step 2: Submit application

  • Apply to participate in the 2024 AEIS exam through the CP. Additionally, you must upload the following documents:
    • Your child's birth certificate. If it's not in English, provide an accurately translated English copy.
    • Your child's passport bio-data page. Ensure the passport is valid for the next six months.
    • A recent passport photo of your child in JPG or PNG format. Recommended size: 410x514 px.
    • For primary school students, include the results of the CEQ test taken within 12 months before submitting their AEIS results. To know more about the CEQ exams, refer to this article on CEQ's role in AEIS admission: What parents need to know

Step 3: Pay registration fees

You have the option to pay for AEIS fees using credit/debit cards or PayNow. Please note that these fees are non-refundable. The application fee for AEIS Primary is $340, and for AEIS Secondary, it is $630. GST will be applied to these fees.
